Business performance. Without the guesswork.

Find what's holding your business back. Then fix what matters.

When leads, sales, margins and operations are not working together, more activity is rarely the whole answer. Identify the business constraint, prioritise a focused response and measure the difference.

Meet Brennan

Built by an owner, for owners.

Brennan knows what it takes to run a business. IPG helps owners make clearer decisions, improve performance and avoid unnecessary spending.

  • Start with the business, not a fixed package
  • Review sales, pricing, cash, people and marketing together
  • Focus on what will move the business forward
The real issue

More activity doesn’t always mean better results.

A business is a connected system. A sales issue could start with lead handling. A profit issue could start with pricing. The right change depends on the cause.

The usual response

Fix each symptom separately.

More ads, more hires, more tools, more providers. More work for the owner to coordinate, without knowing which issue matters most.

The Inflection approach

Find the constraint. Focus the intervention.

Review the connected parts, identify the highest-priority issue, agree a measure and only then decide what to change.

The process

Clarity first. Action second.

Five clear steps from identifying a problem to measuring progress.

01

Diagnose

Review the business and the information already available.

02

Find the constraint

Test likely causes, not just the symptoms you notice.

03

Quantify

Agree what needs to change and how to measure it.

04

Execute

Scope the work, ownership, timing and costs.

05

Measure

Compare outcomes against the agreed starting point.

How an engagement starts

No surprises. A clear next step.

Start free. Move forward only when the next step is agreed.

Evidence, not promises

We won’t invent the results.

IPG has no approved public client results to publish yet. When it does, the context, starting point, intervention and measurement method should be clear.

Frequently asked

Good questions. Clear answers.

Here is what to expect before we work together.

What happens during the free call?

We’ll spend 15 minutes discussing your business, what feels stuck and what you want to improve. It’s an introduction, not a full audit.

Is the $500 diagnostic included?

No. The introductory call is free. The $500 Paid Diagnostic is optional and only starts once its scope has been agreed.

Who do you work with?

We work with owners of established businesses who want to improve sales, profit, cash flow or day-to-day operations.

Do I have to buy all six services?

No. Those are the areas we look at. We focus on what your business actually needs.

Can my team handle implementation?

Yes. You can put the recommendations into practice yourself. Any support from IPG is optional and priced separately.

Do you guarantee results?

There is no blanket guarantee. Any performance commitments must be agreed in writing for the specific engagement.

Does the form book a call immediately?

Not immediately. On the live site, the team follows up to arrange a time. This preview does not send enquiries.

The next move

Bring the problem. We’ll find a place to start.

Start with a free 15-minute call. No sales theatre, no pre-set package. Just a conversation about what is happening and whether further work makes sense.

01 Tell us what you are seeing
02 We review the enquiry and follow up
03 Decide together if a paid review makes sense

Tell us what is getting in the way.

The introductory 15-minute consultation is free and separate from the $500 Paid Diagnostic.
