How website, enquiry and marketing information is handled.
This notice explains how information is handled when you browse the website or request a consultation.
Business identity and privacy contact
Inflection Performance Group LLC operates this website under the public-facing name Inflection Performance Group. The business owner identifies the company as a limited liability company registered in South Dakota, United States. The registration status and number have not been independently confirmed for this notice. For privacy questions or requests, contact brennan@inflectionpg.com. No complete mailing address is published here because the address supplied to the business is incomplete and has not been confirmed as an address for formal legal notices.
Information collected
Across the consultation forms, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, the main issue you select, the decision-maker and approximate annual revenue choices, and any optional goal or message you enter. The homepage form also offers optional preferred contact day and time; these fields are not requested on the dedicated Meta landing page. A form submission also includes a generated submission reference, the landing-page URL without its query string, the referring URL available to the browser (or a direct-visit marker), the browser user-agent string, and the utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign values present in the current page URL. These details are used to process the enquiry, attribute its source and troubleshoot the lead flow.
To limit repeated submissions, the consultation endpoint temporarily uses the request IP address in an in-memory rate limit configured for five requests in a 15-minute window per function instance. That address is not written to the consultation record by the endpoint; expired counters are pruned on subsequent requests or when the function instance stops. Hosting and service providers may separately process IP addresses and request logs under their own configurations and policies.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange the requested consultation, understand enquiry sources, measure advertising performance and maintain the website and lead process.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-JM6051LR23) is used for website measurement only after analytics consent. Meta Pixel is used for advertising measurement only after marketing consent. If you decline optional tracking, these scripts are not loaded.
Service providers
Vercel hosts this website and processes the technical request information needed to deliver and protect it. Vercel's privacy notice describes website traffic data such as IP address, referring page, browser/system configuration, request information and service logs; see Vercel's Privacy Notice. When you submit the consultation form, the request is sent to a Supabase Edge Function, which records the enquiry in the Supabase database and uses Resend to send an internal notification and an email confirmation. Google Analytics 4 processes page, interaction and consultation-conversion events after analytics consent. The Meta Pixel script loads after marketing consent; recent browser QA has not verified outbound event receipt by Meta. Google and Meta may use provider-managed storage as described in the Cookies notice. Each provider's own terms and privacy documentation govern its separate processing. The exact contractual roles, retention settings and transfer arrangements for this business account still require confirmation before a final legal notice is approved.
Retention and rights
We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage any resulting relationship, maintain records and address legal or security needs. A specific retention schedule should be documented by the business. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be able to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or withdraw consent for optional tracking. For privacy questions or requests, email brennan@inflectionpg.com.
Information to avoid submitting
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, health information or confidential customer records through the consultation form. The form is intended for an introductory business enquiry, not for transferring sensitive business documents.
