Cookies & tracking

A simple approach to website tracking.

On a new visit, non-essential tracking stays off until you choose a category. Google Analytics loads after the Analytics choice. Meta Pixel loads after you choose Analytics + marketing. The analytics category covers page views, selected button and form interactions, consultation outcomes, and campaign-source measurement.

Business identity and contact

This website is operated by Inflection Performance Group LLC under the public-facing name Inflection Performance Group. The owner reports that the LLC is registered in South Dakota, United States; registration status and number have not been independently confirmed for this notice. For questions about cookies, analytics or marketing preferences, contact brennan@inflectionpg.com.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 uses measurement ID G-JM6051LR23 for page views, selected button and form interactions, consultation submissions and errors, lead-conversion events, and campaign-source attribution. It is loaded only after you choose analytics consent. In the clean browser tested on 15 October 2026, the Analytics-only choice created the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_JM6051LR23 on .inflectionpg.com; their browser-reported expiry was about 400 days away. Exact lifetimes can vary with browser and provider settings.

Meta advertising

After marketing consent, the site code calls PageView, ViewContent on the Meta landing page, Contact when a visitor activates an email or telephone link, and Lead only after a consultation request is confirmed successful. A link that merely scrolls to the form is not a Contact event, and Lead event parameters do not contain form-field values. In the clean browser tested on 15 October 2026, the script created the first-party _fbp cookie on .inflectionpg.com with an observed expiry of about 90 days, and the Meta script added lastExternalReferrer and lastExternalReferrerTime in local storage. The site does not set an automatic expiry for those local-storage entries. Recent browser tests loaded the Meta SDK and its configuration but did not observe an outbound Pixel event request to Meta, so event receipt remains unverified. Verify ownership and receipt in Meta Events Manager; code presence alone does not prove delivery.

Consent and browser storage

The banner offers three choices: reject optional tracking, allow analytics only, or allow analytics and marketing. The site stores ipg_analytics_consent and ipg_marketing_consent in local storage to remember those choices. These preference entries have no automatic expiry configured by the site and remain until the choice changes or site data is cleared. The same setting is available through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

When you withdraw a category, the site updates Google’s consent state or revokes Meta consent and removes the corresponding first-party analytics/advertising cookies it knows about. It also removes the Meta local-storage entries listed above. The external scripts may remain loaded until navigation or reload, but the site's event helpers stop issuing new custom events unless the relevant preference is granted. In the browser test, after withdrawal no new custom GA or Meta events were observed. Browser/provider behaviour can differ; clear site data in your browser as well if you want to remove any remaining provider-managed storage.

How to manage storage

The site also uses local storage, which is not a cookie but is a technology that stores information on your device. When optional tracking is rejected, a clean browser test found no analytics or Meta scripts and no cookies. With Analytics only, the two Google Analytics cookies described above were set; with Analytics + marketing, the Meta _fbp cookie and Meta local-storage entries were also observed.

Changes

As advertising, scheduling, embedded media or marketing technology changes, this page and the privacy notice should be updated to reflect the actual implementation. The cookie inventory was verified in a clean desktop browser on 15 October 2026; other browsers, provider changes, and browser privacy controls can affect what is stored.

Third-party providers

Google and Meta process data under their own terms and privacy documentation when the relevant optional tracking is enabled. The business should confirm its final retention, jurisdiction and legal disclosures before relying on this page as a complete compliance statement.
